This keeps your saved sign-in. It does not erase account data, place trades or close broker positions.

Still cannot open it?

Check that another website opens. Try a different Wi-Fi connection or restart the iPad. Check Settings → General → Software Update for an available update.

Send IT a screenshot of the problem and your iPad model and iPadOS version from Settings → General → About. Include whether you see this page, a blank screen, or an error after sign-in.

If this page loads but the app does not, that narrows the problem to the app loading or sign-in path; it does not identify the exact cause.

Automatic trading is not available in the current app. Opening or reloading the app does not start trading.
